Return Process

  Contact our customer care team or visit our online portal within 90 days of purchase to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Securely pack your QuasarMD device in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and the power supply to ensure eligibility for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  Receive Your Refund
